Could you take a look and do the necessary amendments?

• Communication with the Registrar of Companies, filing of all necessary paperwork and preparing all applications related to the formation of a Cyprus Company;
• Assisting with the drafting of the corporate documents and dealing with correspondence where applicable;
• Preparing and execution of bank account application forms when necessary and liaise with banks whether in Cyprus or abroad.
• Preparation, review and execution of various secretarial services/documents of the Companies including minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates as well as Specific Powers of Attorney etc.
