Can you help me understand these sentences instructures?

- I don't have much of a sweet craving.

In this sentence 'much' is an adverb and 'a sweet craving' is a compound noun, right?

- I don't have a craving for sweet.
In this sentence 'craving' is a noun and 'sweet' is a noun too, right?
