Can you help me to write this better please
Dear:Helen I receive a call from bilal telling me he need help.for days I accept and went to work, but there was something fishing. Bilal and cam try to explain to me if I want to work with them, because they want to get rid of ady (andy) I tried not to get involved anyway cam try to provoke me with no reason I really was conscious I told bilal some things wrong with him.he is not cam I knewI tried to tell them am not coming next day they convinced me to come and I did go back.when I went home flash back comes to me, a same scenario few years ago with Iona.Then I realise the full picture looks like bilal using them against me.but why!!! Honestly I really was choked I didn't understand what is going on This is for future record.Nothing happened toward me.Other seen me and cam went to collect letters when we arrived asifa asked us when she called bilal he told her we are doing a meeting she asked what was it ,kam from no where, lies to asifa by saying we told to Mohamed if he wants to work with us he needs to lose his Tampa I turn to him and say why you say this.he pretend he didn't understand.I said to him don't talk to me.I was really frustrating from the blue why you lied I left back to see bilal and tell him cam what he did to tell the truth.Asifa following me back Asifa came to facility room and I asked bilal what we were doing when Asifa called he answered we were talking about rota that's it.Then asifa asked bilal to leave the room, and she had chat with me she tried to tell me cam he didn't mean it maybe the language barrier, ! However, to me it was planned as conspiracy. I just think you need to know I feel shamed on my age people played me it was impact to me. I just felt to turn to you I know you are intelligent.all awareness to what they are trying to do. I don't want any trouble I was happy and forget about the gossip and I came to help them ;and look what they were planning to do. God will rival the truth, god willing.Thank you kinds regards Mohamed
