can you help me to make a tag question for these sentences?

1.There haven't been any laws about using a cell phone in the car. .........?
2.There used to be pay phones on almost every corner down town. ........?
3.There's something wrong with you computer. ...........?
4.Office towers should have to turn out all their lights at night. ...........?

The only one that might give you trouble is the second one. Just use "There didn't use to be" as the negation of "There used to be", and you should be able to work it out.
