Can you help me to correct it?

I am very sorry for turning down an extremely good offer, which was possible only because of you, by (name of the org). And I cannot say thank to you any more as I am already deeply humbled by all your help for me.

Yeah, It is to my boss whom I need to send. I already sent him 2 detailed emails for which he responded so gently and helped me personally. But, I don't want to continue my job here anymore. The email should be in a way that I thank him and asking sorry for turning down the offer which happened because of him.

Could you help me to add two more lines to it? I should say that I took the decision because of the mental pressure I was getting from my family. It should be in a way that even though I wish to continue my work, my family circumstances holds me back.?
