Can you help me to correct

I am writing with regards the agreement that start from 05.11.2017 and ends on 04.11.2018. I am concern about some changes that has been made without my permission,

I understand from the first meeting, that we both agreed with the rent of (£750) including water, heating and electricity and no further hiding payment to be included.

Furthermore, we agreed to pay you £1500 in advance for one month rent and the deposit.

We didn’t mention any 700 crowns for recovering or any other payment to be paid in advance for a year.

As such a condition was included in agreement why was not included the obligates for other side to pay the same amount to other side if the agreement will be terminated not through the fault of the tenant.

I can promise you that I will not chance this flat for other one at least 1 year.
