Can you help me to check these sentences? Are they ok?

I need to take a sick leave.
I want to call in sick.

I need to take a maternity leave.
I want to call in maternity.

I want to take off work.

I want to take the morning off.

I will come in late.

He took the whole day off to take care of some personal business.
