This is my writing Ielts task 2

Topic: Some people believe that all wild animals should be protected. Others say that only a few wild animals should be protected. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

There are different views about protecting wild animals, that many argue that humans should protect a limited number of species while others claim that we should try to save all the wild animals. Although it is hard to clarify which animal protection, I believe that selective animals should be protected.

On the one hand, all living species on Earth have features that are equivalent to the habitat. Firstly, to balance the habitat, every chain in the food web count, which we could not remove or replace with the others. For example, poaching the predator leads to a dramatic increase in herbivores and finally out of plants. Besides, since human activity contributed to the loss of species, we have to give them a better environment for all wild animals as a moral act. For centuries, animals had been treated for commercial use, so we have to enhance the strict protection to protect these species.

On the other hand, I agree that we should protect only endangered species rather than have general protection. By protecting animals at risk, we can have better protection activities that are more efficient. Endangered animals such as pandas would be treated by the Chinese government, which has lots of stricter laws to protect. Besides, as a normal process in the course of evolution, all animals have to change to adopt the new life and which the human can not take control of all animals. Animals could not live freely and independently to change and revolution in cages or restrict places.

In conclusion, we should raise awareness of saving animals however we can not take action in general. By selecting some wild animals, we can discard most problems in our habitat.
