Can you help me make question?

Suppose there's a small bag of rice that can be sufficient for 6 meals ( 2 days of breakfast, lunch, dinner).
I'm going to buy it, but I don't know how many times that this rice will be sufficient for. So I bring it to the salesclerk and ask...

"How many meals can it be sufficient for?" or "How many times can it be cooked for"

Are those sentence okay?

Any other idea, please suggest.

Thank you.

I would say: "How many servings does it make?". Your second sentence doesn't make sense to me.
