Hi everyone..
I need your help please..
A professor from near town university approved to meet with me and discuss if I can join hem in a scientific work. He asked me to write down some dates thru December and he will choose the suitable date for the meeting. I wrote a draft for the email and please I need your opinions and corrections. I really want to thank him for his consideration for my request so please help me..
Dear prof. ddd,
Thank you for your consideration of my request and I would like to inform you that the best dates as appointments during December for me are the weekends. The dates are :1-3, 15-17 or 22-24.Please pick up one that is appropriate so I can manage my flight to QQ city .
