   Overall, it is obvious that the number of enquiries in person and by telephone witnessed an upward trend while the opposite was true for that of by letter or email. Additionally, the figure for enquiries in person was the dominant industry.

    In January, the amount of enquiries by letter and email stood at around 800, the second highest under that of by telephone. From March onwards , there was a dramatic decreased to around 400 in June , significantly lower than the starting point.
