Lining is a famous businessman. Before he succeeded, he failed many times. The first time he failed was because he didn't have enough funds to compete with other competitors. So he learned how to get loans from banks. The second time he failed was because he ignored his employers’ feeling, so he learned how to communicate with his staff. After 4 times failure, he finally succeeded. So making mistakes helps children become successful. They will learn many lessons and won't make the wrong choices next time.
