Question

I prefer outdoor activities, because I spend a lot of time in my office, I need to go outside to breathe fresh air. Normally, I would like to jog everyday. When I am jogging, I often meet my friends. So I usually talk with them and know what happened to them recently. Sometimes, I also invited my friends to play soccer. It’s enjoyable to see those old friends and play together. That reminded me of the time in my high school.

I prefer outdoor activities because I spend a lot of time in my office. (You'd better remove the comma, and you can also say: I prefer outdoor activities because I spend a lot of time at the office. People should understand that it's your office you work in)

I need to go outside to breathe fresh air. (This is okay to me. It should be an individual sentence. And if you'd like, there are many ways to express it: I need to go outside and breathe fresh air/I need to go outside for a breath of fresh air/etc...)

Normally, I would like to jog everyday. (Okay)
When I am jogging, I often meet my (old) friends. (Okay. Or it'd be: I often meet my friends when jogging. It sounds more connective, and you don't have to use a comma)

So I usually talk with them and know what (has) happened to them recently. (I wonder if So is necessary here. ''I usually talk with them and know... '' doesn't sound very fine. I think it'd be: I usually talk with them to know.../I usually talk with them so that I can know.... But if and makes sense to you, please use it)

(*) Sometimes, I (also) invited my friends to play soccer. (Okay. You want to use invited or invite? They have different tenses)

(**) It’s enjoyable to see those old friends and play together. (Okay. Or you can say: It's enjoyable to see those old friends and play with them. But if you're talking about the past, use It was )

(***) That reminded me of the time in my high school. (Okay. Or it'd better be: That reminded me of my high school time)

I don't quite understand about the tenses of these three sentences: (*) (**) (***) You mean Present Simple or Past Simple? Because you used Present Simple for the sentences before them. And the Tenses among them are confusing.
If I were you, I would choose Present Simple, because you said: When I am jogging, I often meet my friends.

Thank you. At first I did use Present Simple, but when I wrote the sentence "I invite my friends" I thought it supposed to use Past Simple. So I used Past Simple. I am also a little confused.
