Can you help me correct my letter?
I would like to thank you for the past mayor’s business permit issued by your office., however I regret to inform you that Winden Merchandising is already closed and will no longer renew my business permit. I wasn’t aware about the procedures that I need to write a letter ahead to inform your office before I closed my business. I only learned the things when I went into BIR office to formally inform them that I will no longer continuing paying my monthly tax dues. In this regard I would like to request a certification of my business closure. Please do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions or concerns about this.
