Can you help me check my grammar?

My name is Aninditia Sabdaningsih. I am student of 2nd grade with GPA 3.49/4.0 at Diponegoro University where located in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. I am from Biological Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Sciences therefore I interest going to research especially for microbiology and also biotechnology. I really blessed in Biology, because I think biology is the most important of basic science. When I learn biology, I can learn how complex our life and our environment. I concern in microbiology and want to know deeply about bacteria whose benefit in industry. I sure that some years later industry in the world has step forward and most of them are manipulated by genetic engineering. It also makes me interested in biotechnology. I want to take essential enzyme from plant then inserted into bacteria like Escherichia coli so it can be multiplied and can be used for commercial enzyme in industry. I like to work in a laboratory, when I was senior high school I just dreaming become scientist. Making experiment certainly has the trial and errors, so it need good character of human. And I’ve worked in laboratory of microbiology for about six months about characteristic morphology of halophilic bacteria in Bledug Kuwu, Grobogan Regency. Which one of extreme area in central java like phenomenon of mud volcano whose high salinity. This experiment makes me taft and increase of my curiosity. I also upgrade my ability in research with make some proposal of research into Directorate General of Higher Education in Indonesia. Not only good in research background but also I capable manage my time well, because so far I also active in organization. With many activities in organization I must maintain my GPA and my hobby in laboratory. Besides that I’ve worked as teaching assistant who help first grade student to work in laboratory. I also be diligent attended national seminar to build up my mind. When I was child I really want to fly abroad, I think it just dreaming, but now I can realize that with my passion in Biology. I need discuss with a lot of people in the world, just not scientist in Indonesia, because many people in other background of culture definitely has many uniquely idea. A scientist must have a high innovation and imagination. More over stay around with scientist from other country makes new energy and new skills for me. It will upgrade my ability in laboratory. I am sure that through this program, I was better in skill especially for biotechnology with new experience with professional scientist. And I will use my skill to dedicate for my nation in the future. I sure that my nation really need new generation of scientist, because actually my country has a lot of nature resource which must be explored. Because I still want to pursue the Master program, if there is any occasion certainly I would like to take scholarship in other country. I really love to have experience with a lot of people in the world.
