Can you help me as soon as possible

I have some questions which my research paper is based on

My questions are :

Do people become bilingual from the childhood??

Does the term bilingualism refers to children who acquire two languages at the same time.....not to people who learn it later....

If there is anyone of you is bilingual.....did you confused between your First language acquisition and second language acquisition when you were a child? and if there is reasons what were the reasons beyond that

thanks in advance and sorry if there is any grammatical mistakes.
