Can you help?

Is the following sentence grammatically correct?

"It is a health care company which specializes in helping hospitals improve the quality of patients’ lives and hospitals’ reputation."

Thanks

The apostrophes just clutter your text. You can do it this way: It is a healthcare company which specializes in helping hospitals improve patient quality of life and hospital reputation.

It is correct as written. However, I would say instead:

It is a health care company which specializes in helping hospitals to improve the quality of their patients' lives and the hospital's reputation [OR: the hospitals' reputations].
