what is the difference in meaning in these two sentences: you must see him and you must have seen him

you must see him = (It is necessary /It is highly desirable / I am sure) that you see him now or in the future you must have seen him = I am sure that you saw him in the past.

you must see him = (It is necessary /It is highly desirable / I am sure) that you see him now or in the future

you must have seen him = I am sure that you saw him in the past.

what is the difference in meaning in these two sentences:

you must see him Refers to now or the future.

eg You must see him tomorrow.

and you must have seen him Refers to the past,

eg You must have seen him yesterday.

EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE IN MEANING:

jane stopped to talk to michael. She stopped because she wanted to talk to him.

jane stopped talking to michael She ceased talking to him.

he baths the baby every day. Just means 'regularly, every day'.

he bathes all year in spite of the cold Sounds like you want to stess 'He doesn't stop in the winter'.
