Can you guys help me please?

Hello, guys

I follow this forum for a long time and really impressed with all members here. Today I have some grammar questions. Can you guys help me please? A lot of helps are much appreciated

How can I write the correct alternative sentence for this sentence with the same meaning?

"Are you ever sorry that you are poor?"
"Have you ever... "

What should I write after that?

And what is the correct verb tense should I use ?

"Yeah, sometimes I wish I... (Be) the winner"

Thank you very much!
