Can you guess who it is VS Can you guess who is it
Hi 
Recently I noticed that many of my Filipino friends use "can you guess who is it?" where as i would say "who it is".
Could comeone please tell me which is correct and how I can explain it?

Hi! Anonymous where as I would say "who it is". Then you would be right.
