Some people think that it is more beneficial to take part in sports which are played in teams, like football, while other people think that taking part in individual sports, like tennis or swimming, is better. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. (268 words in total)

A major debate in the field of sports revolves around the issue of whether it is beneficial for people to embark on team sports or individual sports. Though players directly benefit from both kinds of sport, I hold the inclination toward team sports.

It is absurd to say that one-player sports play no useful role in helping human-being achieve their optimum health. To be more specific, personal sports such as sole running or swimming can be extremely advantageous when it comes to stamina and strength. Players must be able to fully devote their energy and effort with the aim of beating other competitors. As a result, participants immerse in a competitive atmosphere as they will physically benefit.

Notwithstanding, team sports can actually create multiple conspicuous advantages for players. First of all, this kind of sport helps people widen their relationship. Take Vietnamese Children Organization as an example. This institute which has assisted youngsters with a lackadaisical approach to making friends by conducting a sports event. Consequently, these socially disadvantageous children gained an opportunity to make friends with other students at school or in their neighborhood. Moreover, team sports can enhance the young’s communicative abilities. During the sports game, teammates must discuss together in order to follow the strategies thoroughly and effectively. Therefore, it not only helps people to develop relationships but also intensifies their progresses at the workplace by verbally interacting with colleagues and friends.

To conclude, it is admitted that both individual and team sports are decent tools for people to achieve various goals. However, individual sports are slightly pale in significance when compare to team sports.
