For school children, their teachers have more influence on their intelligence and social development than their parents. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In today's world, young students are given opportunities to be educated by parents and teachers. In my opinion, I disagree with the view that teachers have more impact than parents because both of them play an equally important role on children's intelligence and social development.

Teachers take responsibility for ensuring that at school, children will be taught comprehensively to develop themselves. Teachers who are experienced and passionate need to deliver lectures to students to make sure that they have a deep insight into subjects. Therefore, they can achieve high levels of academic performance. Moreover, at school, teachers can easily help children acquire interpersonal skills such as problem-solving skills or teamwork. These are undeniably practical and can be applied to their future employment.

On the other hand, parents who are the most familiar to children undoubtedly assist them in various aspects. First, parents can teach their children from an early age about fundamental skills such as dressing or cooking, which are extremely essential for their social development. They are educated to be more independent to deal with real-life situations and face up with multiple challenges. Additionally, because parents live on under the same roof with their children, their knowledge can be passed on to their children every single day; as such, children will gradually become better people.

In conclusion, I believe both parents and teachers have the same significant effect on children's development Thus, they need to have a certain extent of care and education for children to make sure that they will be prepared and adapted to life as soon as possible.
