Can you give me a feedback and fix the mistakes in IELTS General writing task 1

You live in a room in college which you share with another student. You find it very difficult to work there because he or she always has friends visiting. They have parties in the room and sometimes borrow your things without asking you. Write a letter to the Accommodation Officer at the college and ask for a new room next term. You would prefer a single room. Explain your reasons.

Dear Accommodation Officer,

I’m writing this letter to complain about recently behavior of my roommate. Since she has moved into the room, I have had to endure the noise from her and her friends’ parties. Besides, she always invites her friends visit our room, which doesn’t notice me anything about the straighter. Accordingly, it impacts on me a lot in studying and my private. Furthermore, there are some equipment of me borrowed without my permission. Although I remind her a lot, it seems continually keep working and I cannot stand this situation.

I would be happy if you gave me a favor that I will be arranged a new room next term, especially a single room. I already pay extra to have my own room, which give me a private and quite place.
