Which of the following situations is/are correct?

Situation 1:

Can you get me my glasses, please? I've left them in the car.

Situation 2:

Can you go and get me my glasses, please? I've left them in the car.

Situation 3:

Can you go get me my glasses, please? I've left them in the car.

If all of them are possible, do they mean the same thing?

If so, which would you use or do you prefer?
