Can you evaluate my Request for Sponsorship Letter and make suggestions?
Dear Mr. ---- ;
I am writing to see if you and (their company) would be interested in sponsoring a headline musical artist presentation for the audience attending the June 20XX Blues & Ribfest. We are inviting international blues artists and international Ribbers to the festival held in the XXX arena and on the surrounding streets.
Supported by The City of XXX, the Blues & Ribfest is a service project of the Kinsmen Club of XXX under the direction of XXX with Co-chair XXX.
Our objective for The Blues & Ribfest is to build a highly regarded annual food and entertainment event as kick-off for the summer season of arts & culture attracting visitors from to the XXX and the nearby States.
The date of the event is the last weekend of June XXX. Your generous sponsorship will be highlighted in our announcements from the stage throughout the weekend. Your company name will be in all print and media including on the tickets and with a full page full color ad in the program and also, in all advertising and other promotions. You and your guests or representatives will be VIP’s attending the Festival.
The estimated audience of 1,200 daily would benefit tremendously from your generosity. The cost of Main Stage Headliner Act Presenter is $10,000.
