Then:

'systematic phenomena' is not right. I'm guessing that you want 'systematic' to refer to the nature of the communication process in negotiation.

Also, you want the singular form: 'phenomenon'.

thank you Davkett. Yes, I have just reviewed some of the definitions. Not exacttly reviewed, just mentioned them. (erhaps I need some other word instead of review. ) But I think similarities are what is needed if one wants to make some sense of this sentence.
