Would it be better if I changed word order like:

Elements of numerous published definitions of this systematic socially-economic phenomena can be discerned from the already mentioned review.?

Although, I think that perhaps I shouldn't change the word order because of the preceding paragraph which deals with review.

One thing:

Then:

'systematic phenomena' is not right. I'm guessing that you want 'systematic' to refer to the nature of the communication process in negotiation.

Also, you want the singular form: 'phenomenon'.
