I am going to prepare my special food in my Libya’s country . My best special food is called Cuscus. Cuscus is very famous meal especially in lunch time. First of all, two a cup of Cuscus with a litter of water, then mix Cuscus with water. Second, Make sure the mixture is covered and temperature of water between 25 C to 30 C . Third, put the mixture on the heat and the temperature not exceed to 120 C for one hour. Fourth, prepare the soup of Cuscus, like any soup easy way to prepare it, put some tomatoes and potatoes and onion with oil on heat. Fifth put three cup of water and add beans on the mixture of soup for half an hour then become cuscus and soup of cuscus ready to eat.
