Can you do a PGCE in TEFL?

Hi There,

I am wanting to know if I can do a PGCE course that is in TEFL? I want to advance my quilifications, (I have a degree and a celta) but stay in TEFL teaching. If a PGCE in tefl can be done, can it be done by distant learning? Also will it help get a better TEFL job?
