Can you correct these sentences?

To respond your email of 4 Nov 2016, I write to confirm you that there is no outstanding payment left by the flat tenant and the rental contract is completed to our satisfaction. Similarly, there is no unfinished repair work in the flat and we agree with the release of deposit to the tenant.
