Can you correct the sentence? How would you teachers write it?

Since the intent of the sentence it to imply that a gold debit card is not needed due to limited use of the card, using "much" is counter intuitive to the meaning,
Also, "how much" should really be used in relation to quantity not frequency. Often, seldom, or infrequently, are word choices reflecting the frequency of use.

KJinCali79 hope I did not change the intended meaning. But it should be a goal to not make unnecessary changes to the meaning, not just a hope. However, even if the intended meaning was quantity, "much" would not be the right word, "little" would make more sense.
