The study of stress in the workplace ,where it proved many of the specialized studies that are being exposed to workers often from pressure in work environments not only affects their health and mental disorder ,and concern, fear ,and frustration ,and anger ,but also reflected on the levels of their work ,and then their ability to therefore hinder the work of organization and institution to reach their goals by working to achieve them .

This study began in this area tend to identify the employees attitudes and feelings ,and reveal the effect of such positive emotions and negative for them , and their ability to achieve the goals of the institution where they work ,and their attitude toward their jobs and their facilities , to raise the production quality of any institution .

Thus, taking explains many of the reactions of workers and their behavior is desirable manifestation of the high rate of absenteeism ,frequent complaints ,errors and the work repeated and poor performance ,and the patterns of behavior as related to pressure of work due to the burden of extra work , or the president with little experience or is not clear, or multi-relations Causing a rapid sense of stress or frustration and boredom of work .and began to consider in resolving domain sensory attention in the field career to help the flow of work properly, and to avoid management problems ,as a result of the lack of proper psychological climate for workers which leads to the emergence of unwanted behaviors.

Given the importance of the subject of stress and their relationship to health aspects, psychological and behavioral effect of the individual and they are having on institutions as administrative organization show the need to discuss the problem of the study are looking for the phenomenon of work stress in the Ministry ,and the level of those pressures in the profession .so this study is an attempt to understand the psychological and behavioral reactions Ministry staff, resulting from their working condition ,a desire to motivate and encourage them to perform the functions entrusted to them successfully achieve the objectives of the Ministry where they work.
