The text is : My most beautiful experience was once when I was running in the forest. I started out at eight in the morning and had been running for three hours,when suddenly the rain started. A few moments earlier I had been able to run. Now I could only just stand and wait for the rain to stop

I started walking and the rain stopped. After that, a rainbow appeared on the sky.

I want you to correct tenses and grammar mistakes. Thank's a lot!

Again, you tend to be overly specific with numeric reference. Sometimes doing so makes the tone rigid and stiff. It is easier to focus your writing with a short paragraph. You have almost perfect grammar in my opinion. But you have to organize your storylines and the sequence of events to avoid contradiction.

So did you stand in the rain or under some form of shelter waiting for the rain to stop,, or you kept on walking in the rain until it stopped.

After that, a rainbow appeared on the sky - After that - is ok to use and understood. But it sounds bland and perhaps uneventful. If you like to improve your story writing skill, these are the areas you need to pay a little more attention to. Another onservation I like to make is that you seem to jump ahead of the finale ( which is the rainbow suddenly appearing IN the sky) and skip the drama of the sun peaking out slowly from the clouds, shining on the distant mist left behind by the rain.
