Can you correct any mistake in my complaint letter please

Dear sir/madam



UNDERPRIVILEGED SERVICE TOWARD CLIENTS



I am a student at ; I rely on the Red Line bus Service to and from college daily. I normal catch the bus at 7:15 on the corner of Hydra and Pasteur Streets. On Monday, 31 January 2011 the bus was 25 minutes late. The same thing happened on Thursday, 3 February 2011. Unfortunately the bus did not turn up at all on Friday, 4 February 2011 and I was late and fail to write my test and I fail it due to delayed.



I therefore hereby appearing to the owner of the company to investigate the matter or if possible I should be refunded since I have already covered all my bills for this month.



I am looking forward for your positive reply with an urgent effect.
