Can you choose to sleep heavily? Can you say this?

Is this at all natural and how would you say this correctly?
I won't/don't sleep heavily if I'm the only one in the house. If my wife's also home and I know she's take care of the kids in the middle of the night of need be, then I will sleep heavily.

thanks
