Hello everyone, I'm italian. Can you correct my "essay"? Thanks


Physical activity is one of the most important steps to keep a healthy body.

There are many types of them: sports like football, tennis and basketball are physical activities, but also running and walking are physical activities. Only some of them requires large spaces. In fact, if you have a tapis roulant, you can run or walk for miles remaining in a room.

Indoor physical activity has some advantages: you can always do physical activity, even if it's snowing. In addiction you can stop at any time. Indoor activity is also a good way to save time.

On the other hand outdoor activities have a lot of advantages, too: usually it's recommended to spend some time outdoors, because human body needs sunlight, air in a woods is healthier than the indoor one. Also the mood changes: certainly a walk in a park is more enjoyable than indoor physical activity.

In conclusion I think that outdoor activities are usually better, but if these are not accessible, the indoor one is a good option.
