Can you check these three sentences for grammar with semicolon and apostrophes? Thank you

Hello,
I am writing a thank you letter after a job interview. I have questions on these two sentences and would like them checked for grammar please. Thank you so much for any help.

This sentence below is long. Is it grammatically correct with the semicolons?

1. Common GIS functions used by water supply boards are handling support requests with query and search options by code, which is present in one of my examples; having a custom dataviewer that displays different types of groundwater; and live data modeling of things such as water flow, pressure, and loss detection.

2. I am familiar with many of the same issues affecting water supply and know what is needed out of GIS to accomplish agency goals.
When I say agency, I am talking about the place I interviewed with. Do I need to put any apostrophe or anything in agency here or is it fine?

3. This often used ModelBuilder that generates Python code, which I am proficient in.
Is this sentence okay?

Common GIS functions used by water supply boards ~~are handling~~ handle support requests with query and search options by code, which is present in one of my examples; [see below] ~~having~~ which has a custom data viewer that displays different types of groundwater; [the semicolons don't work when they don't connect independent clauses] and live data modeling of things ['things' is too weak a word. Maybe you need 'factors' or 'parameters'.] such as water flow, pressure, and loss detection.

2. I am familiar with many of the same issues affecting water supply and know what is needed ~~out of~~ from GIS to accomplish your agency's goals. ~~agency goals.~~

3. This often used ModelBuilder that generates Python code, which I am proficient in.
[a bit awkward - This what often used ....? 'that generates ...' and 'which I ...' puts two relative clauses in a row. I would reword to avoid that.]

I made small changes to the sentence. When I say 'was present in one of my examples', I mean I showed it at the interview. When I say 'has a custom dataviewer', I mean in other places nationwide, not necessarily one particular for a 'which'. Is this okay?

Yes. I got that, or assumed it anyway.

Actually, it doesn't matter what you mean by it. This use of the semicolon is still wrong. It's also unclear what has a custom data viewer, etc.

No, but it's not my version. I would have corrected any grammatical errors. I just present an alternative that I might use in the same circumstances. It's up to you to choose what you like.

It's a little better with the parentheses, but there's a problem at the beginning. It sounds like you are saying This ModelBuilder, which is often used, generates Python code ... And the reader has to read the sentence several times to work out what you're saying. In fact, the more I read it, the more confusing it sounds as written. Try rephrasing it. Maybe This feature of ModelBuilder is often used to generate Python code. That may be what you are trying to say. I don't know.

No, because the subject of your sentence is "Common GIS functions". That means that when you write "use a custom dataviewer" it will be taken as "Common GIS functions use a custom data viewer", not "Water supply boards have a custom dataviewer". As I said, the semicolon cannot be used as you are doing. You'll have to start a new sentence and state the new subject "water supply boards" explicitly. I think you're trying to put too much information into one sentence. I suggest you split this into two or more sentences and also make the last part more parallel in structure. Let me suggest this as one possibility:

Common GIS functions used by water supply boards handle support requests with query and search options by code, which was present in one of my examples. Water supply boards use a custom dataviewer that displays different types of groundwater and models live data factors such as water flow, pressure, and loss detection.
