Asides from these unethical false online reviews, there are many benefits of genius reviews. One of the advantages is that it is beneficial for consumers to make decisions and verify the quality. Nowadays, reviewers and bloggers who have an influence on their community often write their experience and their feeling about the quality of products and services on social media, consumers are likely to read a number of reviews before making informed decisions. Moreover, online reviews help businesses not only improve their products and services but also meet customers' expectations. This means that online review is an insight into what is working well about products and services and what should be developed to improve customer experience.
