Overall, in 1990-1995, the house prices in Frankfurt increased the most significantly. However, between 1996 and 2002, the accommodation house prices in London rose considerably.
From 1990 to 1995, only house prices in Madrid and Frankfurt grew compared with house prices in 1989. Money people spend on houses in Madrid increased nearly 5% and more than 5% in London. In other cities, house prices dropped below zero percent. House prices in London and Japan decreased the most significantly to more than 7% and roughly equal to each other.
