My father kept telling me, since my young age that man is master of his destiny, but I have realized the scope of such a sentence when I started dreaming of being an engineer, that is instinctively when i started taking my student life in hand and direct all my energy to the realization of this dream. In my view it can be a basic definition of leadership but makes sense when we understand that leadership is setting a goal and mobilize the energy to have every opportunity to fully realize it and if necessary to adhere to that goal / dream as many people as possible who can contribute to its success.

Since my youth I took control of my life, indeed the age of 16 I had the ambition to succeed my degree with honors in order to fulfill my dream of becoming an engineer, the first stage of my success was completed in 2011 and I got my baccalaureate with honors with an average of 17.06 /20

My leadership skills were forged during my engineering studies when I participate in several events, during my first year I participate in "startup weekend" a competition of entrepreneurial in a team of 6 people around the idea of creating a resale SMEs photovoltaic energy. This project has not won but thanks to this experience, we have expanded our expertise in expression of ideas, processes and structures of their achievement and learning from our own mistakes. This experience has reinforced my desire to move forward and find other challenges that would allow me to improve my technical and behavioral achievements
For this purpose in the second year and when the British Council have organized an innovation competition I took the leadership of a team composed of 4 people to present the idea of a new product: An air blower umbrella to stay dry, The event was completed with great success for our team and we won the competition.
during the same year I have improved my leadership skills; in the context of extracurricular activities especially during the organization of the second edition of "South meeting Olympiads" a sporting event as Olympics that regrouped 8 schools of engineers coming from several parts of morocco during 2 days . Where I was responsible for competition, leader of a team of 10 people to ensure the smooth running of multiple sports competition event

Environmental protection is a major concern for Morocco, in fact on the eve of the Cop 22 to be held in Marrakech, Morocco is ranked according to a report from the University of YALE "the environmental performance index rank countries performance on high-priority environmental issues " on 64th Place embodying the leading position in the region. In the same perspective I felt the need to consolidate my engineering technical training with a management training oriented to resource management in ecological way, it will allow me to be ready to help my country to better implement this vision or by integrating a company operating in the environmental sector or creating a startup in the field of resource management, especially that Morocco is a poor country in terms of natural resources.
the company's future is forced to confront further scarcity of resources and environmental constraints that must respect, so is my vision and the direction my country has taken in the field of renewable energy and ecology in a more comprehensive way.

Personally I find that the XXX MBA meets my expectation to accomplish my goals the authenticity is that it teaches the main economic and managerial issues coupled with a multitude of theme related to the management and protection of resources and the environment. Through this program I hope to help my country to develop methods of protection in the environmental sector. I am convinced that my academic background helped me develop skills that are in line with those that I will acquire through the MBA XXX curriculum which will allow me to achieve my goal to be in the tip of Managerial knowledge required to manage resources that are more and more rare.
