Can you check grammer ?

I have to write everything in third person. Somewhere I have used 1st and 2nd person. can you give help me to change in third sentence?

Abstract:

In this experiment of catalase, our group/I will be testing the effects of the enzyme concentration, the substrate concentration, the pH, and the temperature. Through this testing of this enzyme activity, the enzyme at different temperature and different pH levels would determine at which temperature and pH level the enzymes worked the most efficiently. In addition, our group/I will be analyzing the absorbance of the solutions by nine different test tubes and through the spectrophotometer to determine the reaction rate of enzyme activity. Researchers included that “A higher temperature generally results in an increase in enzyme activity. As the temperature increases, molecular motion increases resulting in more molecular collisions.”(Kaiser G.) Our group/I met the requirements of the enzyme activity and the rates of reactions that are affected by temperature because as the temperature increases the concentration of the reaction increases as well.

Introduction:

Enzymes are a protein catalyst. It is a chemical agent that changes the rate of the reaction without being consumed by the reaction. Enzymes are protein made up of several amino acids and its present in most cells. Peroxidases enzyme have used in this experiment. Peroxidases are found in animals, plants, fungi, and bacteria. Each enzyme has unique and highly complex structure and shapes. Each plays very specific role. “For example, in plants peroxidases are mainly in the cell walls and in vacuoles, which plays a role in protection against infection by pathogenies.”(Symbiosis pg 77)

Enzyme activity is affected by a number of factors, which includes the concentration of enzyme, the substrate concentration, the pH, and the temperature. Increasing enzyme concentration, substrate concentration, and the temperature will increase the enzyme reaction rate. However, researchers have also included that “at very high substrate concentrations, the enzymes become saturated with substrate and a higher concentration of substrate does not increase the reaction rate.”(Kaiser, G).

In enzyme activity lab, the different concentration was used at different temperature. For instance, we put ice bath at 5ºC, room temperature at 25ºC, water bath at 34ºC and 60ºC. We used pH concentration at pH 5, and different dilutions like 0.25, 0.5, 0.1, and 2.0 in different test tubes. So at different temperatures will determine at what temperature the enzyme worked more efficiently.

Hypothesis- the purpose of this lab is to test the hypothesis that different temperatures affect on the rate of the enzyme activity.

Hi, You need to use passive voice, in order to avoid saying 'who' did these things. eg Instead of We used pH concentration at pH 5, say pH concentration at pH 5 was used. eg Instead of our group/I will be testing the effects of the enzyme concentration say the effects of the enzyme concentration will be tested.

Hi,

You need to use passive voice, in order to avoid saying 'who' did these things.

eg Instead of We used pH concentration at pH 5,

say pH concentration at pH 5 was used.

eg Instead of our group/I will be testing the effects of the enzyme concentration

say the effects of the enzyme concentration will be tested.
