Can we use the verb 'want' with a that-clause?

According to Cambridge dictionary, we don't use 'want' with a that-clause.
But I have gone through a sentence in Lucent's General English by A. K. Thakur : "She wants that she should be respected."Is it ok? I think the sentence should be written as "She wants to be respected."
