Can we use "meats"?

Hi

If we mean different kinds of meats (chicken, beef, mutton), can we use the word "meats"?

We had collected enough vegetables and meats.

I would say like this but I'm not mother tongue.

Mr. TomWe had collected enough vegetables and meats.OK. As you say, meats here would mean kinds of meat.
