Can we talk voice by voice?

Hello, would you please be kind enough to proofread this blue self-made sentence of mine?

My context: suppose that I'm private chatting to a woman on the Internet (yahoo messenger). I want to ask her if she is able to talk to me by the microphone (hearing the voice of each other)

Honey, can we talk voice by voice? or Honey, can we talk with voice? or Honey, can we talk by hearing each other?

I don't know how to say such a sentence in English. In my opinion, these blue examples are not natural. Would you please help me?

Thank you

They don't sound quite right. " You probably already know this, but "Honey" is for people, normally people of the opposite ***, that you know very well and are affectionate towards.
