Can we stick to the date / Can we stay with the date

Hi there, I did not really know how to express myself when I wanted to say that I would like to stick with the date / stay with the date but do other changes if needed. For example when I book a birthday party for a child at a certain facility.
How can I express it? "We will stick to/with the date" or "We will stay with the date"? Thanks!
