Hi. Here's how I'd write it:-

Please note Saturday's friendly match has been confirmed. It will be held in the UAQ ground at 7.00am. The suggested meeting place is WELS school. (time?? is this 6.45am)

Those coming from "***" please liaise with Mr. S (contact details??) and those who are based in "yyy" please (meet??) at the KVR building.

Please note the meeting time (before the match??) at WELS is 6.45am sharp.

"pls" and "u" are not good English words. If you are texting, OK, but in other contexts, no.
