Can this be re-written to sound better?

I thrive in a competitive company, continually striving to achieve better practices, performance and productivity. With a can do attitude and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction I believe I would be well suited to this role, further more I have a diversified employment history which I believe will be beneficial to understanding all the elements that makes up the customer experience.
