Can teacher make this grammatically sound and natural?

Could you help with grammar of sentence?

The characters in the book aren't like in the movie. The director of the movie made the characters so different than in the book. Need not to mention, the movie is bad. I'm the type of person that more you tell me a movie is bad, more I want to see it.

Hi, The characters in the book are not like those who appear in the movie. It seems that the movie director made the characters look so different from those in the book. This movie is, therefore, not so attractive, not to mention awful.
