Looks to me an incomplete Spanish sentence relating to Bjork and "Fuzion" and a track they have recorded.

Is it understandable by native speaker? Can you give a guess on the rough meaning of this sentence?

This is the best I can do. A native speaker would probably be able to tell you what "ktracho" and "agradece" mean, but I haven't a clue what they mean.
