Can someone tell me the proper way to ask this question?

Which is correct?:

"One of my favorite crazy scenes in a show of all time"

"One of my favorite crazy scenes of all time in a show"

"One of my all time favorite crazy scenes in a show"

They are all grammatically correct. I would use the 3rd one, I think. But hyphenate 'all-time'.
