Can someone tell me the difference between these phrases?

They seem to be alike and I need to know the difference between them.

I have known she was the one for me,

I had known known she was the one for me.

I knew she was the one for me.

and

The teacher gave everyone assigned seats.

The teacher had given everyone assigned seats.
